Information we collect
Driver accounts include contact details, a private physical address, profile photos, vehicle information, subscription records and enquiries. Customer enquiries include contact details, collection and delivery information, proposed dates and messages. We also process limited security information for rate limiting and fraud prevention.
How information is used
We use this information to operate accounts, show eligible vehicle listings, connect customers and providers, record payments and protect the platform. Full residential addresses, passwords and customer enquiries are not displayed publicly. Public profile and listing details are visible while the provider is eligible.
Sharing and service providers
Enquiry details are shared with the selected provider and the platform administrator so they can respond. Hosting and storage providers process platform data; PayFast processes subscription payments; a configured email service processes notification emails. Transport arrangements are made directly with providers.
Retention and your choices
Expired subscriptions do not delete accounts, listing data or photos. Contact us to request access, corrections or deletion of your information. Records may be retained where needed to resolve disputes or meet applicable obligations.
Security and cookies
Passwords are hashed. Secure session cookies keep you logged in. We use role-based permissions and restrict private records to authorized accounts. No system can guarantee absolute security. Please keep your password private.
Updates
We may update this information as the platform changes. Material subscription changes will be shown before a new payment is initiated.
