What Find a Truck provides
Find a Truck is a directory connecting customers with independent transport providers. We do not perform transport services or set providers’ final quotes. Customers should confirm vehicle suitability, dates, pricing, assistance and any relevant documentation directly with the provider.
Driver responsibilities
Provide accurate contact information, genuine vehicle photos, capacities and service details. You are responsible for the transport you offer, any required permissions, roadworthiness, insurance and agreements with customers. Do not publish misleading information or material you do not have permission to use.
Customer responsibilities
Describe your goods and route accurately. Confirm the provider’s suitability and final arrangements before proceeding. Use enquiries for genuine transport requests and do not send abusive or unsolicited messages.
Account use and moderation
Keep your account credentials secure. We may hide listings or suspend accounts for misuse or misleading information. Subscription eligibility does not guarantee placement, enquiries or bookings.
Contact and disputes
Raise platform concerns with didiero2008@gmail.com. Discuss transport service concerns directly with the provider and retain your written quote and agreement. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Updates
We may update this information as the platform changes. Material subscription changes will be shown before a new payment is initiated.
